It does man but I'm not too happy with it. It's a real cheap-o but we get what we pay for right? I will probably go with a seperate led plate light from motorcycle superstore and drill in the new screws for it if need be, and oh yeah the kit did come with the LED turn signals
Although the f/e looks awesome I would have paid more for a little more quality for a plate light and a mounting brackett to secure the tail light. The fix IS easy though I just have to find a thin metal plate and drill holes to secure the tail light as it was with the original fender.
Basically I "ghetto rigged" the tail light for now with cable ties but it doesn't do too good of a job
