Longjohns. And lots of them. K-Mart/Target/Walmart should sell them as "thermal leggings" and "thermal tops". Buy a few pairs at around $30 (total) and layer up! Will keep you really warm and won't bulk up. Balaclava or half-balaclava for neck warmth, and then use glove liners for your gloves. In a pinch I use one pair of longjohns and then use pajama pants tucked into my socks and slip on some jeans. Cheaper than heated gear, not as nice I suppose lol.
