I just put on some Buell XB pegs before my trip last weekend. They are kind of opposite of what most people want (they lower your foot about 0.75-1.0 inch, and therefore decrease cornering clearance), but they make for a lot more comfortable ride. I was kind of worried that the lack of rubber would make for an uncomfortable ride, but they were great.
