Its not bad, similar to my purchase of 2006 Ninja with 97 miles, but that has been sitting in garage for almost 6 years, I had to pay another 200 to get it tune up in the end. I paid 1500 for the bike. If the bike you are buying from is fully functions and needs no work, then go for it, you are also lucky that the bike has passed the 500 miles break in period.
