Actually we teach front brake only at the school so our students are only using the front to reach lock up and not the rear.
We also watch for rear brake use when the students are riding on track. It's hilarious to pull a student over and bust them for using the rear brake when they figure there is no way a coach could tell
I've gotten really good at noticing the right pressing the brake (even at full speed around a track) :dance cool: hahaha.
