If you read the above other links I've posted, you can just swap it out and keep the carbs, etc... Which is probably the smart move for almost everyone.
Keeping the FI, you'll need a complete wiring harness with ECM, relays, fuel pump, etc...
The only reason I'm doing is because I can, it's not cheap, or easy to do. Putting the engine in is by far the easiest part, so far.
