I poured 2 gallons of cider vinegar into the fuel tank yesterday. I'll let it steep for a couple of days to see if it touches the rust. I have the tanked turned on its side, as I have not yet plugged the petcock opening. I know that to fill the tank totally, is close to 5 US gallons.
