It's good that she stopped and traded info, like ez12a said, it shows that she had some involvement. In some states, if you do something that causes another driver to have to hit their brakes, it's considered aggressive driving, whether that be abrupt lane changes or pulling out in front of someone. I'm not sure if that would help you, but you might want to look into that as something you could hold her accountable for even if she's not specifically found at fault.
