I just received the bag today and so far have only had my
Lunch Box in it.
According to motorcyclegear.com they were able to fit the
"Commuter Package" and the
"Day Ride Package".
It has a pouch on the inside of the lid/top. The rain cover really takes up a lot of space, so that might go.
