I thought you were just worried about running the engine before dyno tuning & I was referring to the manual dials on the FC. If you have an external AFR meter then just ride it & adjust as you go.

All piggyback fuel modules use ECU cycle +/- x% Add/remove from whatever the ECU duty cycle is. So say ECU sends 75@x/rpm then you add x% to increase fuel. As you have no way to know what numbers a flashed ECU is sending then you can only add x% and measure the result on AFR meter.

If you have flashed ECU why not just get that setup on dyno again ?

Remember engines will NOT self destruct if AFR is off unless you keep running it like that & they take time to warm up too, so a minute or two with no coolant won't damage a water cooled engine, think how air cooling works !
