Aviation Consumer and Aviation Safety. Same publisher (Belvoir Publications) does Light Plane Maintenance, IFR and IFR Refresher. I also put together all their book series while I was there. This was from about 1985 through 95.
What homebuilt? I've been involved in homebuilts to varying degrees. Did some composite work on a Dragonfly and helped out with an RV6A. Also got to work at Oshkosh in 1987, which was amazing.
