I don't see a problem riding to it wearing full gear, but have nice clothes on under it and leave the gear on the bike. Run a comb/brush through your hair after the helmet comes off too.

I agree. Putting on an appropriate attire does give us the advantage, which is first impression. The rest is how you do eye contact and how you reply to each inquiries.
