Same experience here. A few guys greeted me then went straight back to work. The guy behind the counter got everything I wanted, and the price wasn't bad, but he had absolutely no charisma that it felt awkward being in there.
Go find a local bike shop. Thank god I found a place where the guys are nice, especially the mechanic I talked to. He knows his **** and has no hesitation to give me an advice or two on maintenance stuff.
Definitely going back there to pick up plugs and oil filters whenever I need em.
