Sorry I'm late to the parade, but have you looked at the Blue Collar Bobbers gauge cluster offered for their Ninja 250 Cafe Racer kit? It uses all of the original gauges and warning lights transplanted into a new housing.
I don't know if they offer it as an individual part, but they seem like pretty decent folks and might be willing to work a deal.
