RE: mobile workbench
With a rolling start, I walk along side the workbench, my feet on the floor, my wife helps by pushing at the back. Once on top, I keep the 250 upright and go straight into the front chock. I can use the front brake if I need to.
Side by side 2 x4s down the middle for a guide.
Not as hard as you might think: I am only 5'9" 165 lbs.
