Good luck, but I also want to say don't be afraid to walk away if things don't look good there.
You might be going for an interview, but when I am looking for a job, I am interviewing the employer also. I would ask hard questions. What is the turnover rate at this business? Why is this position open? If a previous employee left this position, I would ask for a phone number to talk to them. Ask to talk to any former employee at all, and if they don't comply, it's probably because every former employee left there all pissed off.
To be honest, dealerships don't really have a good rep for employment. I hope the best for you but dealerships have high turnover rates for a reason.
