yep-that ultra high pitched tick is your chain tensioner...and it sounds like its within spec too. As it wears out it will get REALLY loud and almost sound like piston slap. When that happens, get a manual cam chain tensioner ($50?) and it will permanently solve a worn tensioner (not the pad).
