That is -.10mm of shim size to gain clearance to allow the intake valve to close earlier & more completely, to reduce reversion.

thinner shim reduces your gap. my spec is .15-24mm
-10 would put me out of spec or a 2.70 shim. 2.75 would put me at.19mm (in spec)
