If you have wheels then drive down Hwy 1 through Half Moon Bay, awesome views if you time it right for sunrise/sunset.
Golden Gate + drive all the way down Conzelman Rd and hit up Rodeo.
In general the west coast of North Bay all the way up to Point Reyes is really scenic.
