Yeah, Nov-Feb possibly March is the "winter/rainy season" It rains everyday most of the day if not the whole thing. I was able to get some riding in yesterday. During the not rainy season it still will rain at least once a day. It's more of a mist really. Like at amusement parks to cool off. Kind of convenient actually, when it's super hot. A quick cool down.
Last year it rained everyday all day in Nov and we had major flooding.
