Clip-Ons and brake lines with ABS

Hi Everyone,

I've started doing track days whenever I can using a 2015 which was built to Canadian Lightweight specs. It has good suspension parts, stock engine internals with PCV and slip-on. The PO tucked the front end at Mosport (turn 5) and the stock handlebars are tweaked. It's been okay up to now but I'm thinking that clip-ons would be a nice addition and help me in my learning process. The bike has Hot Bodies race bodywork.

I think others have had an issue with brake lines (too short?) but what I'm wondering is whether or not anyone has identified exact replacement parts? My difficulty is that the bike is not close to my primary residence so any work of this nature requires that I have exact parts on hand before I leave to work on the bike, so I'm looking for help in this area. Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated!
