1: First Pull main oil drain plug and also pull the oil filter drain both side.
2: Pull both spark plugs and check clean out air box to.
3: Let sit for 24 hour open.
4: Refill with 10/40w oil
5: Spin the motor with out the spark plugs install for at 5sec
6: If all good fire her up
First of all the the carb don't overflow hose didn't you mean you hook up the vacuum hose to wrong side of fuel petcock it can happen.
