Yeah, been there done that. My long rides were in the 140 miles range. Tucson to Phoenix, usually in about 110F temps. I pretty much cleaned out all of my mom's leftovers when I got there.

Got a cool picture while I was out. This is a covered bridge I always end up passing because it's on one of my favorite routes. I've just never gotten around to snapping a picture. So I finally did.
That's a great shot!

I'm taking it easy this week. Biking today and Wed, with a light workout on the weights. Friday, I'm only working half a day, taking off and driving to the track!
