That's not why people don't like to buy modded bikes. It's usually because the bikes are thrashed and that's why parts are replaced. Normally, people start modding after they actually ride the bike and know what needs to be changed and why. But this one was essentially never ridden, so I'd expect it to go pretty quickly on craigslist. If she spent as much time on the bike as she did changing out every part imaginable, she might know how to ride it and not be so quick to sell it.
