I recently installed a new switchgear on my 93 Ninja with the push to cancel turn signal switch. My old switch gear had a broken horn button that the previous owner said was broken when he bought it. After repinning the connectors from the switchgear it worked fine for a while, recently though the horn has only been working when im going 12-20mph or faster (as indicated on the speedo) I've checked all the connections and for the life of me cant figure out why this would happen.
