From the wide shot at the end it was right in the middle between two corners, could have been going either way when it hit the ground. If you listen closely in the very beginning you can hear something slide at 3 seconds and 4 seconds.
Hard to believe that it took several minutes before someone called the fire department.
Regarding the fire extinguisher use, it was a dry chemical (you can see the residual on the ground later) so it should have been at least ABC rated, just way too small at that point to do the job.
