2K for a 300 is not bad. Scratches are nothing, it's the frame that matters. Drive it around for a while and see if it really rides straight and if the engine has cooling problems. There's ebay for parts or buy the parts new. Take it to a shop to have it checked if you really like it. It's a nice upgrade over a 250. I just wouldn't buy it for the color, it would have the be green or white lol I have a black 250 already.
