Hello all!! I live in Nagasaki, Japan (originally, from Denver Colorado) and just picked up my 2011 250R today. I've got a million questions about upgrades with it being fuel injected and all and have found little information on the net. Look forward to talking to you all and hopefully sharing some insights as well.

First impression so far is that the Ninja feels lighter and more nimble than my V-twin 250, even though the specs look very similar on paper. I took it for a 50km test run today up the twisties (I mostly kept it around 4000rpm, but did open it up a little just to see what she could do.) Anyway, before I start rambling...
