Superpole in World Superbike is now a single twenty-five minute session with all riders taking part and the strategies have not yet been worked out, but there is still a Superpole tyre available.

Alex Lowes opened the single Superpole session with a 1'30.117 but was knocked off the top by Alvaro Bautista with a 1'30.054 halfway through the session. With just under nine minutes, riders started changing for the qualifying tyre, with Leon Haslam and Alvaro Bautista leading the charge.
