You build "street legal custom" bike frames out of mild steel square tubing? You don't have any kind of lateral bracing anywhere as @
adouglas pointed out. And those two longitudinal tubes that are the only thing holding the headtube up (not to mention the seat and whosever ass is in it) aren't even fully welded because you didn't leave enough clearance between them. Also your rear axle bearings look like those flimsy sheet metal swivels you'd find on an office chair. You don't think those'll just crumple sideways in a high speed turn?
