For only a couple days you are probably fine, its most likely just not fully charged. Since it still at least has enough juice to start it I would just go for a couple long rides and see what happens, worse case you can always push start it.

For the OP keep in mind you have to ride the bike to charge the battery, if the rpms are too low (<4k stock, more depending on your upgrades) you won't actually be charging the battery.
