For the OP keep in mind you have to ride the bike to charge the battery, if the rpms are too low (<4k stock, more depending on your upgrades) you won't actually be charging the battery.

That's good news! Hopefully just not fully charged.
Tommorow I'm going for a long ride! Highway miles to be sure its over 4k.
I'll go out for about an hour. This should enough to charge it.
