Oh there are cars that are sculpted so well that they look like they are speeding just sitting there. I think I've even seen a commercial or spoof where they used that idea to give a speeding ticket to a parked exotic lol. However, that bike does NOT look fast at all. If anything it looks more like it was wrecked, needs work, and would be lucky to start. I know that's not the case, but to me that's just how fairing'd bikes look when you strip them like that.
