**UPDATE**
So I been too lazy and I finally decided to take the wheel out. They look about the same height but there is a width difference. There is four nuts inside the fender that rubbed in the tire when I try to test fit it. Tomorrow I'm going to take it to a shop and put in the rim. Pics
