Well, intake should be 0.006" to 0.009". It looks like my secondary source was wrong.
I just look on eBay for filters and buy them. I'm surprised you couldn't find what you need. Usually they're like 10 for $10 for 1/4" or 3/16" fuel line.

If they're a little loose, put cable ties or clamps on them. I'm using 1/4" Tygon fuel line so they fit properly.
