That amount is typically used to treat 10-15 gallons. I suppose it depends on usage. Treat 100-gallons as preventative treatment to keep engine clean.
Then use at higher strengths to remove clogs and build-up. In this case, i'd use 1/3rd-1/2 bottle per tank to clear out carbs.
