Hi Zach, verify petcock actually flows or doesn't flow petrol:

1. disconnect fuel-hose from carbs and aim into cup/bucket
2. apply vacuum to petcock's smaller hose (with vaccum pump or by sucking on hose, dangerous)

Does fuel come out of petcock?
