I've got:
Helmet: Shoei RF-1000 (L with smaller 33 mm cheek pads to deal with my massive cranium)
Jacket: A* Stage Perf Leather
Gloves: A* SPS
Boots: A* Ridge Waterproof boots
Pants: I usually just wear jeans to work (guilty as charged, but my commute has a speed limit of 25 so I can justify it for now)... I've got a pair of Icon Victory jeans for leisure rides, and I'm planning on adding a pair of knee/shin pads.
The big worry is my total lack of hip protection, though... I've got to get that problem solved.
