Abu mishary. What the article is trying to say is that there are two completely seperate company's here. One is Revzilla and the other company is basically Cycle Gear. the company cycle gear wants to buy the other company Revzilla in hopes to make even more money. It is not sure if this will happens but it might. These stores only exist in the U.S. and fight over profit since they fight for money in the same industry. JW Childs, a bigger business firm, owns cycle gear. Revzilla and J.W. Childs are completely seperate. I think thats where you are getting confused. I hope this helps.
