1.) LoL I had the same problem. While I was buying my bike, the owner broke the key off in the rust gas cap.

I tried giving the kawi dealer ship the key code but when it came in, it was the wrong key.

but my dealership was able to make a replacement on-site, by holding the broken piece of my key with pliers and inserting it into to key duplicating machine for free...
