I agree with @ gantt.
People don't take pride in their work anymore. It's just a paycheck. I've always done my job to the best of my ability no matter if it was washing cars, stocking shelves, cleaning houses, whatever. As a manager, I've been trying to hire people for a year and a half but nobody wants to work. The few that are willing to do physical work think it should pay $15 an hour or more. Sorry, that's not how it works. You don't get that kind of pay for a job that a trained monkey could do.
