Have you moved anything else on the bike to compensate? A TT bike has a totally different geometry than a road bike. The aero bars put your chest forward, rotate your hips, and make your sit bones rotate also. This stretches out your hamstrings. Typical adjustment is to either move the seat forward on the rails or swap to a post without any set-back and adjust the angle of the seat accordingly. But then that ruins the bike fit for using your hoods or drops.
TT bikes also tend to have really short top tubes for their size.
