I used www.fastermotorsports.com for most of my installation stuff. I was gonna do it all myself but I don't really have the time with work and I wanted it Dyno-tuned so they told me they'l install whatever I wanted for a nominal fee while it was apart for the jetting, etc.

It was a really good deal.

The exhaust fab was the priciest part of the whole deal. That cost about $300 with parts and welding, but it was worth it. I've spent hours researching the GSXR can swap and this is the most professional job I've seen, including custom mounting tabs and fitment. I'll pull it apart and get a bunch of pictures when I have time and ride a bit.
