I put the newer version 09 maybe, that is suppose to be closer to 1/6 turn on mine. Had to do a little dremel work on the inside. Also had to remake the throttle cable bracket that goes onto carbs. Cable was to short the way it was until I shortened the bracket.
After reading about it binding with return cable on, I pitched it, never put it back on and never have had a problem.
