1 gal is about 7 or 8 bottles of water.
I drink about 4-6 bottles a day on average. Ehhh. Good enough I guess.
I really isn't that hard. Drink a bottle when u wake up before you leave the house. And one bottle at night an hr or two before bed. During the course of the day, you can easily drink 2-4 bottles depending how thirsty you are.
