So this is mine! It only cost like $6 bucks

Found the mount of Ebay (live2ride I have the EVO also)

Here is the mount:

I just took the mount apart and used only the parts I needed, just the front. Then used an L bracket to attach it right above the gauge cluster (yes i screwed it in

)

I dont actually have a camera besides my phone, makes it a little hard to take a picture of the phone in the mount

I'll try and find some other means of taking the pic
