I used to bike 18 miles a day with my old 10 speed in my teens and then upgraded a CCM bike that i bought in 1991 for $600. I don't remember how many speeds though but remember it has very skinny rims and an egg shaped sprocket and feet straps that i hated. Been picking up dust for the past 15 years.
How do you guys stay in training mode in the winter, does anyone have a stand that you keep training on?. Want to buy one but don't know if its worth it.
