Uhhh, no offense, but I really don't believe that 65mpg you're quoting
Even with a stock intake/exhaust on my ninjette and some needle shimming, I was averaging about 62 mpg. That's a mix of commuting/highway/pleasure riding, and no consistent 80+ speeds.
