no, i had danno xyz investigate spring rate thru progressive. this is only spring they offer. i’m 6’ 210 pounds which was perfect. he help me set my sag too. the progressive although not a premium shock, is light years from stock and offers good preload adjustability. combine with race tech front springs and heavier fork oil and the 250 will feel that much better when riding. i’ve always strived to be the king of el cheapo and this is a good budget rear shock. aluminum body, nitrogen charged.
