Hey Alex, 20 days later and I'm finally getting around to this:

Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; CPU iPhone OS 5_1_1 like Mac OS X) AppleWebKit/534.46 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.1 Mobile/9B206 Safari/7534.48.3

Also, just for a point of interest that may or may not be useful, the site worked great until I used the "Add to Home Screen" on my iPhone. Immediately after doing that, it went to the mobile style regardless of if I accessed via Safari or the shortcut. I also deleted the shortcut and it still used mobile version on the phone.
